Return Policy

To return any jewelry item purchase through Eye For Gems, follow our three-step process: This is only if you purchased directly from Eye for Gems and not any companies we have made recommendations for.

1. Your Return Authorization Code


Email us and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice. Make a copy of the original invoice for your records. We offer a 30- Day return policy, we do not accept custom orders, broken, worn, or engraved products.

2. Package Your Return


Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a GIA diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. This is not the appraisal but the certificate for the diamond center stone only. For security reasons, do not write Eye For Gems anywhere on the outside of the box. We will provide the address for the return.

3. Insure Your Package


On your invoice, if the price of the item you’re returning is: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt and signature required for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination and signed by our security dept. *Please email us the tracking number service@eyeforgems.com

You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.


* We do not refund special orders, worn products, or altered sizing.

* Eye for Gems will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
